航煤加氢装置中缠绕管式换热器节能降耗设计探讨 被引量:1

摘要 文章介绍了缠绕管换热器的结构和技术特点,首次针对航煤加氢装置采用缠绕管换热器和传统换热器进行技术对比和经济效益分析。缠绕管式换热器具有结构紧凑、传热效率高、耐高温高压、耐冷热温差、多种介质同时参与换热且无压差限制等特点【1-4】。其传热效率是管壳式换热器的2~3倍,完成相同的传热要求,其占地面积可节省近50%以上,广泛地应用于各种工业【5-8】,以其绝对的优势逐渐替代部分传统换热器。建议在航煤等加氢装置中尽量使用高效节能换热设备,以实现节能环保理念提高企业经济效益。 This paper presents the structural and technical features of spiral wounded heat exchanger(HE).For the first time,technical comparison and economic benefit analysis have been made between aviation kerosene hydro-treating units adopting spiral wounded HE and conventional HE.Spiral wounded HE has such features as compact structure andhigh heat transfer efficiency.It is resistant to high temperature and high pressure.Multiple media participate in heat transfer simultaneously and there's no limit to differential pressure in such exchangers.The heat transfer efficiency of spiral wounded HE is two to three times that of the shell-and-tube exchangers.To achieve the same heat transfer efficiency,the floor spacecan be saved by more than 50%.So,it's widely used in various industries andwill gradually replace some conventional HE with its absolute advantages.Therefore,application of such high-efficiency energy-saving HT is recommended in aviation kerosene hydro-treating unitto realize the concept of energy-saving and environmental protectionand improve the economic benefits of enterprises.
