摘要
根据合成氨装置高温变换炉出口废热锅炉封头泄漏故障情况,从设备结构、功能作用以及设备投用之初因换热效率不足进行的叶式密封技术改造等方面对设备进行分析,分别采取了在线紧固和临时更换螺栓措施进行处理,并在设备停机检修期间发现了设备泄漏的主要原因是封头法兰密封面平面度超差。通过对封头法兰密封面进行机械加工修复,恢复密封面的平面度精度要求,同时采取相应措施顺利将管束拆卸下来并进行了叶式密封更换,最终消除了封头泄漏问题,确保了设备的安全、稳定运行。
According to the leakage failure of the head of waste heat boiler at the outlet of high temperature transformer of the synthetic ammonia plant,this paper analyzes the equipment from such aspects as the structure,function and the blade seal technical transformation due to the insufficient heat exchange efficiency when the equipment being put into use at the beginning.The measures of on-line fastening and temporary bolt replacement were taken respectively.And it was found that the poor flatness of the sealing surface of the head flange was the main cause of equipment leakage during the shutdown and maintenance of the equipment.By machining and repairing the sealing surface of the head flange,the flatness accuracy requirements of the sealing surface were restored.And corresponding measures were taken to dismantle the tube bundle smoothly and replace the leaf seal,which ultimately eliminated the problem of head leakage and ensured the safe and stable operation of the equipment.
