校企合作背景下高职院校党建协同育人探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of the Party Construction Cooperation Education in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of School-enterprise Cooperation

全面深化校企党建合作是新时代中国特色社会主义建设的共同需要,是新时代基层党建工作的新要求,是深化产教融合、丰富校企合作内涵,实现校企共同发展、协同育人的有效途径。在校企合作背景下,通过分析当前高职院校党建育人的意义及存在的问题,按照校企“共建共管共享”的合作理念,提出构建“四平台一目标”的校企党建协同育人新模式,提升基层党建工作水平和人才培养质量。

Comprehensively deepening the school-enterprise party construction cooperation is the common need of socialism construction with Chinese characteristics in the new era.It is also the new requirement of the Party building at the primary level in the new era.Besides,it is the effective way to deepen the integration of industry and education,enrich the connotation of school-enterprise cooperation,and realize its common development and cooperative education.Under the background of school-enterprise cooperation,by analyzing the significance and existing problems of the Party construction and personnel education in vocational colleges,this paper proposes a new model of school-enterprise Party construction and personnel education through“four platforms and one goal”,so as to improve the level of the Communist Party building and the quality of personnel training in accordance with the school-enterprise cooperation concept of“co-construction,co-management and sharing”.
