高职院校的培养目标和特点决定了高职教育必须面向市场,实践课程有助于实现高职教育与企业需求的精准对接。针对具有强实践性的实践课程,通过引入切实可行的“工作坊”教学模式,构建参与性、互动式的教学活动,充分发挥学生主体作用,同步提高学生实践能力和理论认知,解决人才培养中“知易行难”的问题。

The training objectives and characteristics of higher vocational colleges determine that higher vocational education must face the market.Practical training course can help to realize the precise connection between talent training and enterprise needs.For practical training courses with strong practicality,practical workshop teaching mode is introduced.Through the construction of participatory and interactive teaching activities,the main role of students is given full play.At the same time,practical ability and theoretical cognition of student should be improved to solve the problem of“easier said than done”in personnel training.
