摘要
为提高高层住宅建筑火灾风险评估的科学性及合理性,使评估结果更加真实可靠,将层次分析法(AHP)与模糊综合评价法(FCE)结合,进行火灾风险评估。利用AHP构建火灾风险层次评估指标体系,确定各因素的权重值;利用FCE将权重值与隶属度矩阵通过模糊算子计算,得出火灾风险评估结果。选取某高层住宅建筑作为评估对象,利用AHP-FCE方法进行实际火灾风险评估,得出的风险评估等级为比较危险,针对评估中体现出的薄弱环节提出了解决措施。
In order to improve the scientificity and rationality of the fire risk assessment of high-rise residential buildings,and make the assessment results more realistic and reliable,Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method(FCE)were combined to conduct fire risk assessment.The AHP was used to construct the fire risk assessment index system and determine the weight value of each factor.The FCE was used to calculate the fire risk assessment results using weight value and membership matrix through fuzzy operator.A high-rise residential building was selected as the evaluation object,and the AHP-FCE method was used to conduct the actual fire risk assessment.The calculation result showed that the building's risk level was relatively dangerous.Some countermeasures were put forward to solve the bottlenecks in fire safety management.
