摘要
新入职员工是人民银行的新鲜血液,是人民银行未来发展的基础。通过有效的实习培养,尽快提高新员工履职成效,加强新员工战斗力,是当前员工管理的一个重要课题。本文以人民银行杭州中心支行新员工实习培养模式为切入点,分析新员工实习培养的积极作用,并对其中存在的问题提出优化对策与建议。
New employees are new blood of the people’s bank of China and the foundation for its future development. An important task of employees management is to improve the performance of new employees and enhance their working capacity through effective internship training. This paper takes the new employees’ internship training mode in the Hangzhou central branch of the people’s bank of China as an example, analyses the positive role of the mode and puts forward solutions for optimization and suggestions for the existing problems.
