肾俞与承山穴预针刺联合推拿对运动性疲劳的作用及外周血代谢产物的影响 被引量:6

Effect of Needling BL23 and BL57 Combined with Tuina on Exercise-Induced Fatigue and the Metabolites in Peripheral Blood

摘要 目的:观察肾俞与承山穴预针刺联合推拿对运动性疲劳的作用及对外周血代谢产物的影响。方法:采用随机数字表法将120例受试者分为对照组、推拿组及针推联合组,每组40例,针推联合组予以肾俞、承山一指禅推,频率为100~120 r/min,连续5 min,结束后在肾俞、承山针刺,得气后留针20 min,每天1次,连续5 d;推拿组仅予以肾俞、承山一指禅推,频率为100~120 r/min,连续5 min,每天1次,连续5 d;对照组不予任何干预。观察3组受试者运动前、运动后疲劳主观感觉评分、心率、血清乳酸、乳酸脱氢酶、血肌酸激酶、血尿素氮及血氨的变化。结果:3组运动后疲劳主观感觉评分、心率、血清乳酸、乳酸脱氢酶、血肌酸激酶、血尿素氮及血氨较运动前升高(P<0.05);运动后推拿组及针推联合组的疲劳主观感觉评分、心率、血清乳酸、乳酸脱氢酶、血肌酸激酶、血尿素氮及血氨均低于对照组(P<0.05);针推联合组血清乳酸、血肌酸激酶及血氨低于推拿组(P<0.05),心率、乳酸脱氢酶及血尿素氮较推拿组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:肾俞与承山预针刺联合推拿或单纯推拿均能有效降低运动性疲劳患者疲劳主观感觉评分,血清乳酸、乳酸脱氢酶、血肌酸激酶、血尿素氮及血氨水平,从而改善运动性疲劳,针刺与推拿对运动性疲劳具有协同增效作用,联合应用优于单纯推拿治疗。 Objective:To observe the effect of needling Shenshu(BL23)and Chengshan(BL57)combined with tuina on exercise-induced fatigue and the metabolites in peripheral blood.Methods:120 patients were randomly divided into the control group,the tuina group and the combination group(acupuncture combined with tuina),with 40 cases in each group.The changes of subjective fatigue scores,heart rate,serum levels of lactate,lactate dehydrogenase,creatine kinase,blood urea nitrogen and blood ammonia were observed before and after exercise in the three groups.Results:The scores of subjective fatigue,heart rate,serum levels of lactate,lactate dehydrogenase,creatine kinase,blood urea nitrogen and blood ammonia were higher after exercise than those before exercise in the three groups(P<0.05);of which the tuina group and the combination group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The serum levels of lactate,creatine kinase and blood ammonia were lower in the combination group than those in the tuina group(P<0.05),but there were no significant differences in heart rate,lactate dehydrogenase and urea nitrogen between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Needling BL23 and BL57 combined with tuina or simple tuina can effectively reduce the subjective fatigue scores,the serum levels of lactate,lactate dehydrogenase,creatine kinase,blood urea nitrogen and blood ammonia in patients with exercise-induced fatigue,so as to improve exercise-induced fatigue;acupuncture and tuina have synergistic effect on exercise-induced fatigue,and the combined therapy is superior to single therapy of tuina.
