Analysis on BL15 in the Treatment of Spermatorrhea

对心俞穴治疗遗精的中医医理进行探讨,深入剖析遗精病症选用心俞的意义所在。通过对文献古籍中有关心俞治疗遗精内容的搜集和梳理,从心主神志、心肾相关及整体观念3个角度深入浅出进行探究,力求尽可能运用古人的思维模式解释其历史渊源。现今临床在针刺治疗遗精中取心俞穴甚少,虽仍有部分名家会辨证选取心俞穴,但使用频次不及古代。

This study discussed the TCM theory of Xinshu(BL15)in the treatment of spermatorrhea,and analyzed the significance of selecting BL15 in treating spermatorrhea.By collecting and sorting out the contents of BL15 in the treatment of spermatorrhea in ancient literature,this study probed into it from three perspectives,i.e.Heart governing Shen,correlation of Heart and Kidney,as well as holism concept,trying to explain its historical origin with the thinking mode of the ancients as far as possible.Nowadays,BL15 is less selected to treat spermatorrhea.Although some famous experts still choose BL15 according to syndrome differentiation,it is less frequently used at present compared to the ancient times.
