世界一流大学与社会发展“双螺旋”模式 被引量:6

“Double Helix” Mode of World Class Universities and Social Development

摘要 高质量的社会发展需要一流大学,建设一流大学需要融入社会发展。一流大学建设与区域社会发展会形成独特的校地同频共振的"双螺旋"互促模式。以拥有多所世界一流大学的旧金山为例,可看出旧金山地区从历史、地理、政治、经济、文化等维度为世界一流大学的建设提供一流的发展环境;多所世界一流大学在所在区域中呈现合作与竞争并存、区域位置与办学定位互补、客观机遇与主观能动性互为因果等特征,对所在区域、国家乃至全球社会发展产生不可磨灭的贡献、支撑和引领作用。建议我国注重发挥一流大学的资源优势,提升大学对社会的贡献度,形成"双一流"建设高校与所在区域优势互补、合作发展的良好局面,达成"中国特色,世界一流"的目标。 High quality social development needs first-class universities, and the construction of first-class universities needs to be integrated into social development. The construction of first-class universities and the development of regional society will form a unique"Double Helix"mode of mutual promotion. Taking San Francisco, which has many world-class universities, as an example, we can see that the region provides a first-class development environment for the construction of world-class universities from the perspectives of history,geography, politics, economy and culture;many world-class universities are characterized by co-existence of cooperation and competition,complementarity of regional location and university running orientation,mutual causality of objective opportunities and subjective initiative, which have an indelible contribution, support and leading role in the regional, national and even global social development. It is suggested that China should give full play to the resource advantages of first-class universities and enhance their contribution to society, form a good situation of"Double First-Class"construction universities with complementary advantages and cooperative development, and achieve the goal of"Chinese Characteristics, World Class".
