“双一流”建设高校教学质量现状及影响因素研究——基于江苏省15所高校的调查与分析 被引量:24

An Study On the Current Situation and Influencing Factors of Teaching Quality in “Double First-Class” Construction Universities: Investigation and Analysis on 15 Universities in Jiangsu Province

摘要 高质量的本科教学是"双一流"建设的深切要求和重要基础。通过对江苏省15所"双一流"建设高校的695份教师问卷和5 826份学生问卷的调查分析,发现"双一流"建设高校师生对本专业教学质量的总体评价较好,但在教师、学生、管理和条件等方面还存在一些制约"双一流"建设高校教学质量提升的关键因素。进一步提升"双一流"建设高校教学质量需要树立"以学生为中心"理念,激发课堂教学活力;提升教师教学能力和实践能力,完善教师评聘制度和教学奖励机制;优化课程设置,重视并增强教学内容的实用性,合理增加课程难度;加强实习和实践环节,提升高素质创新人才培养力度。 High-quality undergraduate teaching is the deep requirement and important foundation of"Double First-Class"construction. Through the investigation of 695 teachers’ questionnaires and 5 826 students’ questionnaires of 15"Double First-Class"construction universities in Jiangsu province, it is found that teachers and students of"Double First-Class"construction universities have a good overall evaluation on the teaching quality of their own speciality, but there are some key factors restricting the improvement of teaching quality of"Double First-Class"construction universities in terms of teachers, students, management and conditions. To further improve the teaching quality of"Double First-Class"construction universities, it is necessary to establish the concept of"student-centered"and stimulate the vitality of classroom teaching, improve the teaching and practical ability of teachers and perfect the teacher evaluation and employment system and teaching reward mechanism, optimize curriculum setting, value and enhance the practicality of teaching content, and reasonably increase the difficulty of the curriculums, strength the internship and practice training and enhance the training of high-quality innovative talents.
