加强大学生劳动教育,是经济社会发展的迫切需要,是促进人的全面发展的内在要求,在发挥人力资源红利、实施五育并举、促进自我价值实现方面发挥着关键作用。通过深刻把握劳动教育普遍性与独特性,在继承和发扬大学生劳动教育优秀传统的基础上,积极探索新时代条件下加强大学生劳动教育的有效路径,如依托项目制社会实践、融合劳动教育与创新创业的发展、加强保障体系建设等,才能真正实现培养担当民族复兴大任时代新人的目标。

Strengthening the labor education of college students is the urgent need of economic and social development and the internal requirement of promoting the all-round development of human beings. It plays a key role in giving play to the dividend of human resources, implementing the five education at the same time, and promoting the realization of self-worth. By deeply grasping the universality and uniqueness of labor education, and on the basis of inheriting and carrying forward the excellent tradition of college students’ labor education, we should actively explore effective ways to strengthen college students’ labor education in the new era, such as relying on the social practice of project system, integrating the development of labor education and innovation and entrepreneurship, and strengthening the construction of security system, so as to truly realize the national rejuvenation the goal of the new generation of the times.
