人血清半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂S联合CEA、CA199、CA724在结直肠癌中的诊断价值

The diagnosis significance of CST4 combined with CEA、CA199、CA724 in colorectal cancer

目的:探讨人血清半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂S(CST4)、癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖类抗原199(CA199)、糖类抗原724(CA724)的联合检测在结直肠癌(CRC)患者中的诊断价值。方法:选取2018年10月~2019年3月入院治疗的结直肠癌患者34例、结直肠息肉患者50例以及同时期的健康体检者50例为研究对象,采集三组人群血清标本并检测其CST4及CEA、CA199、CA724水平。分析上述各指标对结直肠癌的诊断效能。结果:结直肠癌组的血清CST4、CEA、CA199、CA724水平均高于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.017)。以病理检查结果作为“金标准”,血清CST4检测对结直肠癌的诊断阈值为90.29 U/ml时,灵敏度为88.20%,特异度为48.00%。CST4与CEA、CA199、CA724联合诊断结直肠癌的灵敏性为94.1%,特异性为36.0%。结论:血清CST4与CEA、CA199、CA724联合检测可提高结直肠癌诊断的准确率。

Objective To investigate the value of combined detection of cystatin S,carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),carbohydrate antigen 199(CA199),carbohydrate antigen 724(CA724)in the diagnosis of colorectal cancer.Method 34 patients with colorectal cancer,50 patients with colorectal polyp and 50 healthy people from October 2018 to March 2019 were selected as the research objects.Serum concentrations of CST4,CEA,CA199 and CA724 were measured.Aanalyzing the efficacy of the above indicators for colorectal cancer patients.Results The levels of CST4,CEA,CA199 and CA724 in colorectal cancer group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.017).The diagnostic threshold of CST4 for colorectal cancer was 90.29 U/ml referred to the“golden standard”of pathological results,the sensitivitie of 88.20% and the specificities of 48.00%.The sensitivity of serum CST4 combined with CEA,CA199,and CA724 for the diagnosis of colorectal cancer was 94.1%,and the specificity was 36.0%.Conclusion CST4 combined with CEA,CA199 and CA724 can improve the accuracy of colorectal cancer diagnosis.
