不同内固定方法治疗单纯外踝关节骨折的临床分析

The clinical analyzing of treatment simple lateral Malleolus fracture by different internal fixation method

目的:探讨不同内固定方法治疗单纯外踝关节骨折的临床效果情况。方法:选取单纯外踝关节骨折患者83例作为研究对象,根据内固定方案进行分组,分为对照组(40例)与观察组(43例),对照组采用传统切开复位内固定,观察组采用闭合复位经皮空心钉固定。比较两组单纯外踝关节骨折患者手术情况、临床疗效、术后并发症情况。结果:观察组单纯外踝关节骨折患者手术消耗时间、手术出血量、术后并发症发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组骨折痊愈时间、治疗的优良率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:传统切开复位内固定和闭合复位经皮空心钉固定治疗单纯外踝关节骨折患者,临床效果较好,术后并发症少,但是闭合复位经皮空心钉固定治疗手术操作时间短,出血量少。对于单纯外踝的粉碎性骨折,传统切开复位内固定较闭合复位经皮空心钉固定效果更好。

Objective To approach clinical result of treatment simple lateral Malleolus fracture by different internal fixation method.Method The 83 cases of simple fracture of lateral malleolus patients were selected as study object,they were divided into two group by internal fixation scheme,control group 40 cases,conventional open reduction internal fixation were used,observation group 43 cases,closed reduction percutaneous hollow nail fixation were used.The operation、clinical effect、complication after operation of two group simple lateral Malleolus fracture patients were compared.Results The surgery time、operative blood loss、complication after operation of observation group simple lateral Malleolus fracture patients were lower than control group,the difference were statistical significance(P<0.05),fracture healing time、treatment good rate of two group were compared,the difference were no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment simple lateral Malleolus fracture by conventional open reduction internal fixation and closed reduction percutaneous hollow nail fixation,clinical result is good,complication after operation is little,but operation time by closed reduction percutaneous hollow nail fixation is short,bleeding amount is little.For simple lateral Malleolus comminuted fracture,fixed effect of conventional open reduction internal fixation are better than closed reduction percutaneous hollow nail fixation.
