摘要
目的:观察右正中神经电刺激对高血压脑出血患者预后的临床疗效。方法:选取高血压脑出血患者55例,随机分为常规治疗组27例(对照组)和右正中神经电刺激+常规治疗组28例(治疗组),治疗时间4周。观察两组患者脑血流量变化并对格拉斯哥昏迷评分量表(glasgow coma scale GCS)、格拉斯哥预后量表(glasgow outcome scale GOS)、日常生活功能量表(activity of daily living scale ADL)以及神经功能缺损评分情况进行比较。结果:经右正中神经电刺激治疗后,治疗组患者的大脑中动脉及基底动脉脑血流速度均比对照组显著加快;治疗组患者GCS、GOS、ADL评分明显高于对照组,而神经功能缺损评分较对照组有显著降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:右正中神经电刺激治疗能显著增加高血压脑出血患者的脑血流量,改善患者意识状态,促进患者肢体功能恢复,提高患者生存质量。
Objective To evaluate the clinical benefits of early right median nerve electrical stimulation on patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Method Fifty-five patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were included in this study and were randomly divided into conventional treatment group 27 cases(control group)and right median nerve electrical stimulation+conventional treatment group 28 cases(treatment group),treatment time 4 weeks.Observed two groups of patients with cerebral blood flow changes and the Glasgow coma scale(GCS),Glasgow outcome scale(GOS),the function of daily life scale(ADL)and neural function defect scale in the comparison.Results After the right median nerve stimulation treatment,the cerebral blood flow in the patients in the treatment group was significantly faster than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of GCS,GOS and ADL in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of neurological impairment in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Right median nerve stimulation treatment can significantly increase cerebral blood flow in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage,improve the state of consciousness of patients,promote the recovery of patients'limb function,and improve the quality of life of patients.
