中澳岩土工程勘察制度层面异同点研究

A Study on the Similarities and Differences of Geotechnical Investigation System between China and Australia

站在国内勘察企业或人员在澳大利亚从事岩土工程勘察的角度,分别从岩土工程体制、勘察工作规范、政府监管体系等方面介绍了中澳两国在岩土工程勘察制度层面的异同点。指出国内实行岩土工程体制的历程和艰辛;两国在岩土工程勘察依据的工作规范方面存在各自的优劣;澳大利亚政府监管侧重于规划阶段,而中国将施工图审查作为主要的监管手段;澳大利亚侧重于对特许注册专业工程师的准入与监管,而中国侧重于单位资质的准入和管理。

In this paper,from the perspective of domestic investigation enterprises or personnel engaged in geotechnical investigation in Australia,the similarities and differences between China and Australia in geotechnical engineering system are introduced from the aspects of geotechnical engineering system,investigation work specifications,government supervision system,etc.It points out the course and difficulty of implementing geotechnical engineering system in China.and it shows the advantages and disadvantages of the two countries in terms of the work specifications of geotechnical engineering investigation basis.The Australian government supervision focuses on the planning stage,while China takes the construction drawing review as the main supervision means.Australia focuses on the access and supervision of the licensed professional engineer,while China focuses on the qualification of the unit Access and management.
