Extraction,Separation and Detection Methods of Flavonoids on Fruit Trees

类黄酮是果树重要的一类次生代谢产物,是重要的生物活性物质之一,具有多种医疗保健功能,它以结合态(黄酮苷)或自由态(黄酮苷元)形式存在于果实、叶片、花等器官中。综述了果树类黄酮的提取技术、分离纯化与含量检测等方面的研究进展,并对果树类黄酮未来的研究方向进行了展望。旨在为果树类黄酮开发利用提供理论参考。

Flavonoids are an important type of secondary metabolites in fruit trees,which are one of the important bioactive substances and have a variety of medical and healthcare functions.They are present in fruits,leaves,and flowers in the form of binding states or free states.In this paper,the extraction,separation,purification and content identification technology of flavonoids were reviewed.The future research direction of flavonoids in fruit trees was forecasted.The aim was to provide theoretical reference for the development and utilization of flavonoids in fruit trees.
