摘要
首先阐述可再生能源消纳能力评估相关指标的定义,然后从源-网-荷3个方面分析影响可再生能源消纳能力的关键因素,并以可再生能源消纳量最大为目标,基于时序生产模拟的方法建立可再生能源消纳能力的多时段耦合评估模型。最后,以IEEE-30节点系统为算例,评估多场景下电网可再生能源消纳能力,并研究约束边界变化对消纳能力的影响。算例验证了模型的有效性与合理性,可为可再生能源消纳能力的评估与优化提供依据。
Firstly,the renewable energy consumptive ability indices are clearly defined.Secondly,key factors affecting renewable energy consumptive ability are analyzed from three aspects of source,network and load.Taking the largest consumptive ability of renewable energy as the objective,a multi-time coupling evaluation model is established based on the method of time sequence production simulation.Finally,the IEEE 30-bus system is taken as the example to evaluate the consumptive capacity of the grid in multiple scenes,and to research the influence of constraint boundary on the consumptive ability.The results validate the availability and rationality of the model,which can provide a basis for evaluating and optimizing the consumptive capacity of renewable energy.
