基于红外热图像处理的光伏阵列热斑检测方法 被引量:37

摘要 利用红外热图像来检测热斑时,由于红外热图像具有较大的随机噪声和非均匀性干扰,传统的图像处理方法效果不佳。该文提出一种基于灰度直方图的B样条最小二乘拟合的处理方法,能够抑制红外图像噪声,提高检测热斑的准确率。实验结果表明该方法对处理含有大量噪声的光伏阵列的红外图像较有意义,从而高效便捷地检测出热斑故障。 As a direct,noncontact,nondestructive technique the use of IR thermal image to detect hot spots has received much attention.However,because the IR thermal images suffer from relatively high stochastic noise and non-uniformity interference,the traditional image processing methods are not effective.The least square B-spline curve fitting method based on gray histogram is proposed to detect hotspots in this paper.The experimentsal results showed that the proposed method can not only suppress many kinds of image noise but also detect the hot spots effectively.
