摘要
在低碳经济背景下对供暖期电力系统风电消纳进行研究。首先对系统风电消纳能力进行评估,并应用于风电预测不确定区间处理;然后以系统的总发电煤耗成本最低以及碳排放量最少为目标,引入平均有效目标函数,建立计及储热装置、热电联产电厂、碳捕集装置以及蓄热电锅炉组成的电力系统鲁棒低碳经济调度模型。采用多目标细菌群体趋药性算法(MOBCC)对系统目标函数进行求解。结果分析表明,对风电的不确定区间进行处理,可减小不确定区间,能够使调度结果更加贴近实际,并且储热装置、蓄热电锅炉和碳捕集装置的加入对系统低碳性与经济性有积极作用。
Under the background of low-carbon economy,the wind power accommodation of power system is studied during heating period.First,the ability of wind power accommodation is evaluated,and it is further applied to determine the uncertainty interval of forecasting wind power.After that,a robust low-carbon economic dispatch model is proposed considering the heat storage facilities,combined heating and power plants,carbon capture facilities and electricity boilers with thermal storage,in which the minimum of total coal-fired cost and the minimum of carbon emission are adopted as the objective functions.Finally,the average effectiveness function is introduced to deal with the robust operation model,and the multi-objective bacterial colony chemotaxis algorithm is applied to obtain the optimal solutions.The simulation results demonstrate that the proposed evaluation method can decrease the uncertainty interval of wind power.Meanwhile,the heat storage facilities,electricity boilers with thermal storage and carbon capture systems are beneficial for the economy and the carbon emission reduction of power systems.
