摘要
建立风轮不平衡载荷变化机理模型,针对风轮质量不平衡和气动不平衡2种现象引起的机组不平衡载荷情况,通过GH Bladed风电机组载荷仿真软件,对塔筒顶部的机械载荷变化时域特性进行分析,以甄别其特征参量变化。仿真结果表明:风轮不平衡的2种情况会导致风电机组疲劳载荷和极限载荷增加,破坏机组稳定性,在故障现象上有一定差别,研究结果可对风轮不平衡故障的反向推理和定位提供依据。
Firstly,the mechanism model of imbalanced turbine load change is established.Then,to address the imbalanced load of the wind turbine caused by the mass imbalance and aerodynamic imbalance of the wind wheel,the time domain characteristics of the mechanical load change on the top of the tower drum are analyzed using the GH Bladed wind turbine load simulation software to identify the change of the characteristic parameters.The simulation results show that the two inbalance cases of wind turbine will lead to the increase of the fatigue load and ultimate load,thus destroying the stability of the wind turbine.Moreover,there are some differences in the form of the fault.The research results can provide a basis for the reverse reasoning and locating of the wind turbine imbalance fault.
