摘要
分别采用常规烘焙、微波烘焙和湿烘焙3种烘焙方式对棉秆进行预处理改性,通过分析烘焙产物性质以及质量和能量产率,比较3种烘焙方式对生物质燃料特性的影响。结果表明:常规烘焙在相同固体质量产率下,能获得最高的能量产率,微波烘焙在低温下具有较好的提质效果,湿烘焙脱灰效果最显著且反应条件最温和。
The torrefaction pretreatment can enhance the properties and conversion efficiency of biomass fuel.In this paper,cotton stalk was pretreated and modified by conventional torrefaction,microwave torrefaction and wet torrefaction,respectively.The effects of torrefaction method on biomass fuel properties were compared by analyzing the torrefaction product characteristics as well as the mass and energy yields.The results show that the conventional torrefaction is able to get the highest energy yield basing on the same solid mass yield.The microwave torrefaction can achieve better fuel upgrading at lower temperature,while the wet torrefaction has the most remarkable deashing capacity and the mildest reaction condition.
