摘要 当前很多企业的管理培训系统依然采用IT架构,存在运营成本大、扩容难、安全性较低等问题。该文首先分析现有企业管理培训系统的不足,提出采用Windows Azure云计算平台构建和优化企业管理培训系统的设想。然后分析了企业管理培训系统的需求,认为系统应包含学习模块、考试模块和分析报告模块。而后根据需求设计了包括新建试题流程、新建考试流程、员工参加培训及考试流程这3个流程在内的基于云计算平台的企业管理培训系统。最后介绍了基于Windows Azure云计算平台构建集访问控制子系统、考试管理子系统、在线考试子系统于一体的企业管理培训系统。经测试,该系统运行顺畅,成本低廉,安全性和实用性较高。 The management training systems of many enterprises still adopt IT architecture,which have many problems such as high operating cost,difficult capacity expansion and low security.The shortcomings of the existing enterprise management training system are analyzed,and the idea of using Windows Azure cloud computing platform to construct and optimize the enterprise management training system is proposed.The requirements of the enterprise management training system are analyzed,which think that the system should include learning module,examination module and analysis report module.The enterprise management training system based on cloud computing platform is designed according to above requirements,which includes three processes:new test question process,new examination process,and employee training and examination process.The construction of enterprise management training system based on Windows Azure cloud computing platform is introduced,which intergates the access control subsystem,examination management subsystem and online examination subsystem into one.The testing results show that the system runs smoothly,and has low cost,high security and excellent practicability.
