探讨中药外敷联合疏导推拿对哺乳期乳腺炎患者临床疗效及炎性因子的影响

The Effect of External Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Dredging and Massage on the Clinical Efficacy and Inflammatory Factors of Lactating Mastitis Patients

目的:探究对哺乳期乳腺炎患者应用中药外敷联合疏导推拿干预后的临床效果及对炎性因子的影响。方法:随机抽取772例哺乳期乳腺炎患者纳入试验研究范围,其均于2018年1月-2019年12月入笔者所在医院接受诊治,采用等量数字随机方式进行分组,分别采用中药外敷联合疏导推拿方式(试验组,n=386)及常规治疗干预方式(对照组,n=386)进行治疗,分析治疗效果。结果:试验组临床治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,试验组的炎性因子水平主要包括干扰素γ、肿瘤坏死因子α及C-反应蛋白水平均显著优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对哺乳期乳腺炎患者应用中药外敷联合疏导推拿方式干预,有利于优化临床疗效,降低炎性因子水平。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect and the influence of inflammatory factors of external application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with dredging and massage intervention in lactation mastitis patients.Method:A random sample of 772 patients with lactation mastitis were selected as experimental research scope,they all diagnosed and treated in author’s hospital from January 2018 to December 2019,and divided into two groups by equivalent digital random grouping.They took external application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with dredging and massage intervention(the experimental group,n=386)and conventional treatment means of intervention treatment(the control group,n=386)respectively.Therapeutic effect were analyzed.Result:The total clinical effect rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the levels of inflammatory factors including interferon,tumor necrosis factor and C-reactive protein in the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:It is beneficial to optimize the clinical efficacy and reduce the level of inflammatory factors in nursing mastitis patients with external application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with dredging and massage therapy.
