扩张型心肌病合并心力衰竭患者采用参附注射液配合综合护理模式对其血清NT-proB-NP水平的影响

Effect of Shenfu Injection Combined with Comprehensive Nursing on Serum NT-proB-NP Level in Patients with Dilated Cardiomyopathy Complicated with Heart Failure

目的:探究对扩张型心肌病合并心力衰竭患者采用参附注射液配合综合护理模式干预后对患者血清NT-proB-NP水平产生的影响。方法:随机抽取2018年8月-2019年12月入笔者所在医院接受诊治的100例扩张型心肌病合并心力衰竭患者,采用等量数字随机方式分为试验组(n=50)及对照组(n=50),分别采用参附注射液联合综合护理模式、常规治疗及护理模式,分析两组干预效果。结果:干预前两组血清NT-proBNP水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后试验组血清NT-proB-NP水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后试验组焦虑及抑郁评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对扩张型心肌病合并心力衰竭患者采用参附注射液配合综合护理模式有利于改善患者血清NT-proB-NP水平。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Shenfu Injection combined with comprehensive nursing on serum NT-proB-NP level in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy complicated with heart failure.Method:A total of 100 patients with dilated cardiomyopathy complicated with heart failure admitted to the author,s hospital for treatment from August 2018 to December 2019 were randomly selected,the patients were randomly divided into the experimental group(n=50)and the control group(n=50),respectively given Shenfu Injection combined with comprehensive nursing,routine treatment and nursing,the intervention effects of the two groups were analyzed.Result:There was no statistically significant difference in the serum NT-proB-NP level between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05),and the serum NT-proB-NP level in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group after intervention,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of anxiety and depression in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Shenfu Injection and comprehensive nursing mode is beneficial to improve the serum NTproB-NP level in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy complicated with heart failure.
