气压治疗对剖宫产产妇产后凝血相关指标的影响

Influence of Barometric Pressure Treatment on Blood Coagulation Related Indexes of Parturients after Cesarean Section

目的:探讨气压治疗对剖宫产产妇产后凝血相关指标的影响。方法:选取2017年12月-2019年10月笔者所在医院行剖宫产术分娩的产妇92例作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,各46例。对照组术后给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上加用气压治疗。比较两组术后第3天凝血指标[凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)、D-二聚体(DD)]水平及并发症发生情况。结果:观察组PT、APTT、TT均长于对照组,FIB、DD均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生率为0,低于对照组的10.87%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:剖宫产产妇术后给予气压治疗可有效改善凝血指标,降低并发症发生率。

Objective:To explore the influence of barometric pressure treatment on blood coagulation related indexes of parturients after cesarean section.Method:A total of 92 parturients who underwent cesarean section in our hospital from December 2017 to October 2019 were selected as the research objects,and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing after operation,while the observation group was given barometric pressure treatment on the basis of the control group.The blood coagulation indexes[prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thrombin time(APTT),thrombin time(TT),fibrinogen(FIB),D-dimer(DD)]level and complications were compared between the two groups on the third day after operation.Result:PT,APTT and TT of observation group were all longer than those of the control group,FIB and DD in the observation group were significantly lower than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative complications rate of the observation group was 0,which was lower than 10.87%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Barometric pressure treatment for parturients after cesarean section can effectively improve the blood coagulation indexes and reduce the incidence of complications.
