窄谱中波紫外线联合紫丹银屑胶囊与尿素乳膏在寻常型银屑病中的应用效果分析

Analysis of the Application Effect of Narrow-band UVB Combined with Zidan Yinxie Capsules and Urea Cream in Psoriasis Vulgaris

目的:研究窄谱中波紫外线联合紫丹银屑胶囊与尿素乳膏在寻常型银屑病中的应用效果。方法:选择笔者所在医院于2019年6月-2020年1月收治的100例寻常型银屑病患者,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组实施紫丹银屑胶囊与尿素乳膏进行治疗。观察组在对照组基础上实施窄谱中波紫外线进行治疗。比较两组治疗前后银屑病面积与严重性指数(PASI)评分及治疗效果。结果:对照组治疗总有效率为74.00%,显著低于观察组的96.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组PASI评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:窄谱中波紫外线联合紫丹银屑胶囊与尿素乳膏治疗寻常型银屑病的效果显著,能够有效改善患者的病情。

Objective:To study the application effect of narrow-band UVB combined with Zidan Yinxie Capsules and Urea Cream in psoriasis vulgaris.Method:A total of 100 patients with psoriasis vulgaris admitted in our hospital from June 2019 to January 2020 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 50 case in each group.The control group was treated with Zidan Yinxie Capsules and Urea Cream.The observation group was treated with narrow-band UVB on the basis of the control group.Psoriasis area and severity index(PASI)scores and treatment effect were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Result:The total effective rate of treatment in the control group was 74.00%,which was significantly lower than 96.00%in the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The PASI score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Narrow-band UVB combined with Zidan Yinxie Capsules and Urea Cream in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris has significant effect,which can effectively improve the patients’condition.
