基于区域急诊脑卒中病人临床路径链式卒中管理的效果评价

Evaluation of Clinical Pathway Chain Stroke Management in Regional Acute Stroke Patients

目的:探讨临床路径链式管理模式在区域急诊脑卒中患者实施管理中的应用效果。方法:本研究选取2018年1月-2019年6月急诊救治的462例急性脑卒中患者,按实施前和实施后分为对照组和观察组。对照组242例,实施传统的急救流程护理管理;观察组220例,将临床路径应用链式流程管理,规范护理活动,向患者实施全程链式无缝隙的救治措施。结果:观察组急性脑卒中患者绿色通道滞留时间、就诊到静脉溶栓(DNT)时间短于对照组(P<0.05),患者满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:急诊科应用临床路径链式卒中管理模式对患者实施管理可有效控制各环节时间节点,缩短区域急性脑卒中患者急诊滞留时间,提升患者服务满意度,是一种行之有效的护理管理模式。

Objective:To research the effect of clinical pathway chain management mode in the management of regional acute stroke patients.Method:In this study,462 patients with acute stroke who received emergency treatment from January 2018 to June 2019 were divided into the control group and the observer group according to pre-implementation and post-implementation.A total of 242 cases in the control group,were implemented pre-traditional first aid process nursing management.In the observation group,220 cases were observed,and clinical pathways were applied to chain process management,standardized nursing activities,and implemented whole chain seamless treatment measures to patients.Result:In the observation group,the residence time of green channel retention and the time from treatment to intravenous thrombolysis(DNT)in acute stroke patients were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the patients’satisfaction was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of clinical pathway chain stroke management mode in emergence department can effectively control the time nodes of each link,shorten the emergency stay time of regional acute stroke patients,and improve the service satisfaction of patients,which is an effective nursing management mode.
