广东顺德容桂成年女性乳腺增生患病现状及危险因素调查

Investigation on the Prevalence and Risk Factors of Breast Hyperplasia in Adult Female in Ronggui,Shunde,Guangdong

目的:调查广东顺德容桂成年女性乳腺增生患病现状及危险因素。方法:本次纳入2019年2月-2020年1月于暨南大学附属顺德医院健康管理中心进行健康体检的1625例女性为研究对象,统计乳腺增生患病率。分析影响发生乳腺增生的相关危险因素。结果:1625例进行健康体检的女性中,乳腺增生患病率为37.35%。单因素分析显示,两组年龄、职业、文化程度、饮食结构、烹饪方法、月经情况、孕次、初潮年龄、母乳喂养、文胸材质比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,年龄、职业、文化程度、孕次、母乳喂养、文胸材质是影响女性乳腺增生的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:年龄、职业、文化程度、孕次、母乳喂养、文胸材质是影响广东顺德容桂成年女性乳腺增生的独立危险因素,临床应根据相关危险因素制定相应的乳腺增生防控措施,以降低本区女性人群乳腺增生的发病率。

Objective:To investigate the prevalence and risk factors of breast hyperplasia in adult female in Ronggui,Shunde,Guangdong.Method:This study included 1625 women who underwent healthy physical examination in the health management center of the Affiliated Shunde Hospital of Jinan University from February 2019 to January 2020 as the study subjects.The prevalence of breast hyperplasia was calculated.The risk factors of breast hyperplasia was analyzed.Result:The prevalence of breast hyperplasia was 37.35%in 1625 women who underwent healthy physical examination.Univariate analysis showed that there were significant differences in age,occupation,education level,diet structure,cooking method,menstruation,pregnancy times,menarche age,breastfeeding and bra material between the two groups(P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that age,occupation,education level,pregnancy times,breastfeeding and bra material were the risk factors affecting female breast hyperplasia(P<0.05).Conclusion:Age,occupation,education level,pregnancy times,breastfeeding,and bra material are independent risk factors affecting breast hyperplasia in adult female in Ronggui,Shunde,Guangdong.The corresponding breast hyperplasia prevention and control measures should be formulated according to the relevant risk factors,so as to reduce the incidence of breast hyperplasia in female population in this area.
