超声引导下微波消融在治疗甲状腺良性结节中的应用观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨超声引导下微波消融治疗甲状腺良性结节的有效性和安全性。方法:回顾性分析2017年10月-2018年12月73例超声引导下微波消融患者病历资料。在治疗前,术后1、3、6、12个月及之后每隔6个月测量一次结节体积,观察结节体积及甲状腺功能变化、并发症的产生及恢复情况。结果:共92个甲状腺良性结节,经超声引导的微波消融后,所有甲状腺结节的体积均明显缩小。治疗前平均体积为(3.03±0.91)cm^3,最后一次随访时平均体积为(0.23±0.11)cm^3。平均体积减小率为92%。以囊性结节为主的肿瘤体积减小率明显高于实性和囊实性结节的体积减小率(P<0.05)。治疗前后甲状腺功能无明显改变,无严重并发症发生。结论:超声引导下经皮穿刺微波消融治疗甲状腺良性结节是一种有效、安全的技术,微创优势明显,值得推广。 Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of ultrasound-guided microwave ablation in the treatment of benign thyroid nodules.Method:A retrospective analysis was made of the medical records of 73 patients received ultrasonal-guided microwave ablation from October 2017 to December 2018.Result:A total of 92 benign thyroid nodules were treated with ultrasound-guided microwave ablation,and the volume of all thyroid nodules was significantly reduced.The average volume before treatment was(3.03±0.91)cm^3,and the average volume at the last follow-up was(0.23±0.11)cm^3.The average volume reduction rate was 92%.The reduction rate of tumor volume in cystic nodules was significantly higher than that in solid and cystic nodules(P<0.05).There was no significant change in thyroid function before and after treatment,and no serious complications occurred.Conclusion:Ultrasound-guided percutaneous microwave ablation is an effective and safe technique for the treatment of benign thyroid nodules.
