阿托伐他汀治疗急性前循环脑梗死的效果分析

Effect of Atorvastatin on Acute Anterior Circulation Cerebral Infarction

目的:分析阿托伐他汀治疗急性前循环脑梗死的效果。方法:入组笔者所在科室收治的急性前循环脑梗死患者共80例,随机分组,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组则在对照组的基础上增加阿托伐他汀。比较两组治疗前后ADL评分、NHISS评分、C反应蛋白、血脂指标、治疗总有效率、不良反应。结果:观察组治疗后ADL评分、NHISS评分、C反应蛋白、血脂指标、治疗总有效率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:阿托伐他汀对于急性前循环脑梗死的效果确切,可有效调节血脂,控制机体炎症,改善患者神经功能及生活能力,值得推广。

Objective:To analyze the effect of Atorvastatin on acute anterior circulation cerebral infarction.Method:A total of 80 patients with acute anterior circulation cerebral infarction who admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in the control group were given routine treatment,and the observation group increased Atorvastatin on the basis of the control group.The ADL score,NHISS score,C-reactive protein,blood lipid index,total treatment efficiency and adverse reactions of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were compared.Result:The ADL score,NHISS score,C-reactive protein,blood lipid index,and total treatment efficiency of the observation group after treatment were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Atorvastatin has a definite effect on acute anterior circulation cerebral infarction,it can effectively regulate blood lipids,control body inflammation,improve patients’nerve function and living ability,and it is worth promoting.
