无创性螺旋CT血管造影与MR血管造影对脑动脉瘤的诊断价值研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:比较无创性螺旋CT血管造影与MR血管造影两种方法在诊断脑动脉瘤的临床效果差异。方法:选取了笔者所在医院2017年10月-2018年12月神经外科收治的脑动脉瘤患者30例为研究对象,对患者进行无创性螺旋CT血管造影与MR血管造影技术进行检测,对两种检测方法与DSA诊断结果的符合情况进行观察和比较。结果:无创性螺旋CT血管造影检测方法与DSA检测结果的符合率水平为88.57%,显著高于MR血管造影检测方法的62.86%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);MR血管造影测方法检出的脑动脉瘤最大直径和最小直径与其他两种方法比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在对脑动脉瘤临床诊断的过程中,与MR血管造影相比,无创性螺旋CT血管造影的临床诊断准确率更高,能够更加精准地判断患者脑动脉瘤情况,其临床诊断价值与DSA相当。 Objective:To compare the clinical effect of noninvasive spiral CT angiography and MR angiography in the diagnosis of cerebral aneurysm.Method:A total of 30 patients with cerebral aneurysm admitted by neurosurgery from October 2017 to December 2018 in our hospital were selected as the research objects.Noninvasive spiral CT angiography and MR angiography were used to detect the patients.The coincidence between the two detection methods and DSA diagnosis results was observed and compared.Result:The coincidence rate of noninvasive spiral CT angiography and DSA was 88.57%.It was significantly higher than that of MR angiography(62.86%).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The maximum and minimum diameters of cerebral aneurysm detected by MR angiography were significantly different from the other two methods(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the process of clinical diagnosis of cerebral aneurysm,the accuracy of noninvasive spiral CT angiography is higher than that of MR angiography,and it can judge the condition of cerebral aneurysm more accurately.Its clinical diagnostic value is equivalent to that of DSA.
