专业护理小组在连续性肾脏替代疗法救治危重症患者中的应用价值

The Application Value of Professional Nursing Group in the Treatment of Critically Ill Patients with Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy

目的:探讨专业护理小组在连续性肾脏替代疗法(CRRT)救治危重症患者中的应用价值。方法:选取本院2018年6月-2019年3月共80例危重症患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。观察组予以CRRT专业护理小组治疗,对照组予以常规护理治疗。比较两组患者并发症发生率、病死率和生活质量评估。结果:观察组的并发症发生率及死亡率均低于对照组,而生活质量评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:成立专业护理小组可提高CRRT对危重症患者的治疗效果,有效减少危重症患者的并发症发生率和病死率,减轻患者病痛,明显提高患者生活质量,值得临床推广。

Objective:To explore the application value of professional nursing group in the treatment of critically ill patients with continuous renal replacement therapy(CRRT).Method:A total of 80 patients with critical illness in our hospital from June 2018 to March 2019 were selected as research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group with 40 cases each according to the random number table method.The observation group was treated with CRRT professional nursing group,and the control group was treated with conventional nursing treatment,and the incidence of complications and mortality and the quality of life score of the two groups were compared.Result:The incidence of complications and mortality in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the quality of life score was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The establishment of a professional nursing group can improve the therapeutic effect of CRRT on critically ill patients,effectively reduce the incidence of complications and mortality of critically ill patients,alleviate the pain of patients,and significantly improve the satisfaction and quality of life of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
