鼻腔冲洗联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂用于变应性鼻炎的治疗效果

Effect of Nasal Irrigation Combined with Mometasone Furoate Nasal Spray on Allergic Rhinitis

目的:探究鼻腔冲洗联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂用于变应性鼻炎中的治疗效果。方法:选择2018年5月-2019年6月于笔者所在医院治疗的94例变应性鼻炎患者作为研究对象,根据不同的治疗方法进行分组,采用糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾治疗的患者纳入参照组,采用鼻腔冲洗联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾治疗的患者纳入研究组,每组47例。观察和比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组症状评分低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用鼻腔冲洗联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗变应性鼻炎的效果显著,有效改善患者临床症状。

Objective:To explore the effect of nasal irrigation combined with Mometasone Furoate Nasal Spray on allergic rhinitis.Method:A total of 94 patients with allergic rhinitis treated in our hospital from May 2018 to June 2019 were selected as research objects,and they were grouped according to different treatment methods,patients treated with Mometasone Furoate Nasal Spray were included in the reference group,and patients treated with nasal irrigation combined with Mometasone Furoate Nasal Spray were included in the study group,with 47 patients in each group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed and compared.Result:The total response rate in the study group was higher than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The symptom score in the study group was lower than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nasal irrigation combined with Mometasone Furoate Nasal Spray is effective in treating allergic rhinitis.It can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
