甘草酸二铵肠溶胶囊联合多烯磷脂酰胆碱胶囊治疗酒精性肝炎临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate Enteric-coated Capsules Combined with Polyene Phosphatidylcholine Capsules in Alcoholic Hepatitis

目的:探讨甘草酸二铵肠溶胶囊联合多烯磷脂酰胆碱胶囊治疗酒精性肝炎的临床效果及对肝纤维化进程的影响。方法:选择2016年1月-2019年3月笔者所在医院收治的酒精性肝炎患者114例,随机分为A组、B组及C组,每组38例。A组给予甘草酸二铵肠溶胶囊治疗,B组给予多烯磷脂酰胆碱胶囊治疗,C组给予甘草酸二铵肠溶胶囊联合多烯磷脂酰胆碱胶囊治疗,均规律治疗8周。比较三组治疗前后肝功能及肝纤维化活性指标。结果:三组治疗前TBIL、IBIL、AST、ALT及γ-GT水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);三组治疗后TBIL、IBIL、AST、ALT及γ-GT均较治疗前降低,且C组治疗后TBIL、IBIL、AST、ALT及γ-GT水平均低于A组及B组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);三组治疗前PCⅢ、IV-C、LN、HA水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);三组治疗后PCⅢ、IV-C、LN、HA水平均较治疗前下降,且C组PCⅢ、IV-C、LN、HA水平均低于A组及B组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:甘草酸二铵肠溶胶囊联合多烯磷脂酰胆碱胶囊能够提高酒精性肝炎的临床效果,改善肝纤维化进程。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate Enteric-coated Capsules combined with Polyene Phosphatidylcholine Capsules in alcoholic hepatitis and its influence on process of liver fibrosis.Method:A total of 114 patients with alcoholic hepatitis in our hospital from January 2016 to March 2019 were selected and randomly divided into the group A,the group B and the group C,38 cases in each group.The group A was treated with Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate Enteric-coated Capsules,the group B was treated with Polyene Phosphatidylcholine Capsules,and the group C was treated with Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate Enteric-coated Capsules combined with Polyene Phosphatidylcholine Capsules,all of which were treated regularly for 8 weeks.Liver function and fibrosis activity indexes were compared among the three groups before and after treatment.Result:The levels of TBIL,IBIL,AST,ALT andγ-GT in three groups were compared before treatment,and the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of TBIL,IBIL,AST,ALT andγ-GT in three groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels of TBIL,IBIL,AST,ALT andγ-GT in the group C were lower than those of the group A and the group B,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of PCⅢ,IV-C,LN and HA in three groups were compared before treatment,and the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of PCⅢ,IV-C,LN and HA in three groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels of PCⅢ,IV-C,LN and HA in the group C were lower than those of the group A and the group B,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate Enteric-coated Capsules combined with Polyene Phosphatidylcholine Capsules can improve the clinical therapeutic effect of alcoholic hepatitis and improve the process of liver fibrosis.
