老年慢阻肺应用乙酰半胱氨酸注射液雾化吸入治疗的临床效果探究

Study on the Clinical Effect of Atomization Inhalation of Acetylcysteine Injection in Elderly Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的:探讨老年慢阻肺患者应用乙酰半胱氨酸注射液雾化吸入治疗的临床效果。方法:选择笔者所在医院80例2018年6月-2019年6月老年慢阻肺患者。随机分组,常规治疗组采取常规药物治疗,乙酰半胱氨酸注射液辅助治疗组则采取常规药物+雾化吸入乙酰半胱氨酸注射液治疗。比较两组疗效;呼吸困难消失时间、咳嗽症状消失的时间、咳痰改善时间;治疗前后患者6 min步行距离、改良英国MRC呼吸困难指数、第一秒用力呼气容积、用力肺活量水平、血气分析指标;用药副作用发生率。结果:乙酰半胱氨酸注射液辅助治疗组疗效、呼吸困难消失时间、咳嗽症状消失的时间、咳痰改善时间、6 min步行距离、改良英国MRC呼吸困难指数、第一秒用力呼气容积、用力肺活量水平、血气分析指标较常规治疗组更好(P<0.05)。乙酰半胱氨酸注射液辅助治疗组和常规治疗组用药副作用发生率相似(P>0.05)。结论:常规药物+雾化吸入乙酰半胱氨酸注射液治疗老年慢阻肺效果确切,可促进患者肺功能改善,并改善血气指标,增强患者的运动耐力,且无明显的用药副作用,安全性高。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of atomization inhalation of Acetylcysteine Injection in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Method:A total of 80 elderly patients with COPD from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected.Randomly divided into two groups,the conventional treatment group was treated with conventional drugs,and the treatment group with Acetylcysteine Injection was treated with conventional drugs+atomized inhalation of Acetylcysteine Injection.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared,the time of disappearance of dyspnea,the time of disappearance of cough symptoms,the time of improvement of expectoration,the 6-minute walking distance of patients before and after treatment,the improved MRC dyspnea index,forced expiratory volume in the first second,forced vital capacity level,blood gas analysis index,the incidence of side effects.Result:Compared with the conventional treatment group,the therapeutic effect,the disappearance time of dyspnea,the disappearance time of cough symptoms,the improvement time of expectoration,the 6-minute walking distance,the improved MRC dyspnea index,the forced expiratory volume in the first second,the forced vital capacity level and the blood gas analysis index in the treatment group with Acetylcystoine Injection were better(P<0.05).The incidence of side effects was similar between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The effect of routine medicine+atomization inhalation of Acetylcysteine Injection in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is definite,it can improve the pulmonary function,improve the blood gas index,enhance the exercise endurance of patients,and there is no obvious side effect of medicine,so it has high safety.
