浅针治疗脑卒中后失眠的临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Shallow Needle for Insomnia after Stroke

目的:观察浅针对脑卒中后失眠患者的临床治疗效果。方法:将符合入选标准的60例脑卒中后失眠患者随机分为观察组和对照组,其中观察组30例,对照组30例,两组患者均给予基础药物治疗和康复训练,观察组采用浅针治疗,对照组给予睡前服用艾司唑仑片。采用疗效评估及匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分来评价两组疗效及睡眠改善情况。结果:(1)经治疗后,两组在PSQI评分上均有显著的改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组PSQI评分与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)观察组有效率73.33%,对照组有效率66.67%,两组有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:浅针改善脑卒中后失眠的疗效同艾司唑仑相当,但在改善患者睡眠质量方面优于药物组。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of shallow acupuncture on patients with insomnia after stroke.Method:A total of 60 patients with insomnia after stroke who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,each of 30 patients.Both groups were given basic drug therapy and rehabilitation training,the observation group was treated with shallow acupuncture,and the control group was given Estazolam Tablets before bed.Efficacy evaluation and Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)score were used to evaluate the efficacy and sleep improvement of the two groups.Result:(1)After treatment,the PSQI scores of the two groups were significantly improved compared with the pre-treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The PSQI score of the observation group after treatment was statistically different from the control group(P<0.05).(2)The effective rate of the observation group was 73.33%,the effective rate of the control group was 66.67%,and there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The effect of shallow acupuncture to improve insomnia after stroke is equivalent to Estazolam,and it is better than the drug group in improving the sleep quality of patients.
