儿童多动症的心理疗法和行为矫正效果探讨

Discussion on the Effect of Psychotherapy and Behavior Correction in Children with Attention Deficit and Hyperactivity Disorder

目的:探究对儿童多动症患儿实施心理疗法和行为矫正的临床价值。方法:选取2017年2月-2019年10月笔者所在医院收治的儿童多动症患儿118例,随机分为观察组(心理疗法和行为矫正治疗)和对照组(单纯药物治疗),各59例。结果:观察组治疗总有效率(96.61%)高于对照组(83.05%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组攻击行为、注意缺陷、社交问题、思维问题、行为退缩各行为评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对儿童多动症患儿实施心理疗法和行为矫正后,能够提高治疗效果,改善患儿的不良行为,其临床价值较显著。

Objective:To explore the clinical value of psychological therapy and behavior correction in children with attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder(ADHD).Method:A total of 118 children with ADHD who were treated in our hospital from February 2017 to October 2019 were selected,and were randomly divided into the observation group(psychotherapy and behavior correction therapy)and the control group(medication alone),with 59 cases each.Result:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group(96.61%)was higher than that in the control group(83.05%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of aggression,attention deficit,social problems,thinking problems and behavioral withdrawal in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The psychological value and behavioral correction of children with ADHD can improve the treatment effect and improve the children’s bad behavior.The clinical value is significant.
