构建留学生康复网络教学平台的实践与探索

摘要 目的:探讨留学生康复网络教学平台的可行性及其对教学效果的影响,为留学生的临床带教提供指导。方法:选取2017年1月-2019年6月在笔者所在医院实习的100例留学生作为研究对象。按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(50例)和观察组(50例)。对照组采用传统教学模式,观察组给予康复网络教学模式。比较两组留学生综合成绩、教学效果及教学满意度。结果:观察组理论成绩、实验成绩、课堂成绩和病案分析得分分别为(41.86±3.91)、(23.71±2.86)、(8.18±1.34)、(8.27±1.51)分,均明显高于对照组的(36.28±4.63)、(19.62±3.05)、(7.00±1.32)、(7.12±1.50)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组教学思路清晰,重点难点突出、激发学生学习兴趣等各项教学效果评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组学习兴趣提升、自主学习能力提升、临床思维能力提升、沟通能力提升及团队协作能力提升满意度分别为88.0%、84.0%、76.0%、70.0%、74.0%,均明显高于对照组的50.0%、52.0%、44.0%、40.0%、32.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:康复网络教学平台对留学生教学效果显著,可明显提高留学生综合成绩及教学满意度,值得在临床中推广应用。 Objective:To explore the feasibility of the rehabilitation network teaching platform for foreign students and its influence on the teaching effect,and to provide guidance for the clinical teaching of foreign students.Method:A total of 100 foreign students who were interned in our hospital from January 2017 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the control group(50 cases)and the observation group(50 cases)according to random number table method.The control group adopted traditional teaching model,while the observation group was given rehabilitation network teaching model.The comprehensive achievement,teaching effect and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Result:The theoretical achievement,experimental achievement,classroom achievement and medical record analysis scores of the observation group were(41.86±3.91)points,(23.71±2.86)points,(8.18±1.34)points and(8.27±1.51)points respectively,which were significantly higher than(36.28±4.63)points,(19.62±3.05)points,(7.00±1.32)points and(7.12±1.50)points of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching effect scores in teaching thinking clear,highlighting the key and difficult points,and stimulating students’interest in learning of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction with the improvement of learning interest,self-learning ability,clinical thinking ability,communication ability and teamwork ability in the observation group were 88.0%,84.0%,76.0%,70.0%and 74.0%,respectively,which were significantly higher than 50.0%,52.0%,44.0%,40.0%and 32.0%in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The rehabilitation network teaching platform has a significant effect on the teaching of foreign students,which can significantly improve the comprehensive achievement and teaching satisfaction of foreign students,and it is worth popularizing and applying in clinical application.
