传统茶文化背景下的中日现代银壶对比研究

A Comparative Study of Chinese and Japanese Modern Silver Pot under the Background of Traditional Tea Culture

茶道中讲“水为茶之母,器为茶之父”。中国,作为茶树的原产地和茶叶大国,其茶文化自是由古至今.源远流长,为中外各国所周知。而好的茶,则需要好的水来泡;好的水,更需要好的器来煮。何为“好水”?何为“好器”?宋徽宗所言“瓶宜金银”又为何意?文章通过对“茶”这一传统饮品的引入,着重探究茶具中的“皇亲贵胄”--银壶。借由中日现有银壶的造型对比,探讨当今风靡全球的银壶的造型设计。总结日本银壶与中国银壶的发展与现况,研究市场现存的银壶器型,为具有中国特色的银壶设计提供参考与支持。

In the tea ceremony,water is the mother of tea and utensil is the father of tea.China,as the origin of tea trees and a big tea country,has a long history of tea culture,which is well known by all countries at home and abroad.Good tea,on the other hand,needs good water to brew;good water needs better utensils to boil.What is"good water"?What is a good tool?What's the meaning of"the bottle is suitable for gold and silver"?Through the introduction of"tea"as a traditional drink,this paper focuses on the"imperial family and nobles"-silver pot.Based on the comparison of the existing silver pot models between China and Japan,this paper discusses the modeling design of the silver pot which is popular all over the world.This paper summarizes the development and current situation of Japanese silver pot and Chinese silver pot,studies the existing silver pot types in the market,and provides reference and support for the design of silver pot with Chinese characteristics.
