摘要
数据控制模型(DKM)是整车开发阶段进行光顺数据评价的重要依据。其精度高、工艺复杂,有很高的设计要求。文章给出了一种基于CATIA的参数化、模块化、规范化建模方法。通过将构成零件的元素按不同的功能和特性提取、归类和规范化再处理,使得零件能在初次的方案设计完成后,输入造型数据再发生变化时,通过替换关键输入元素,便捷快速地更新零件结构,这样能有效地提升设计效率,零件的设计思路也能以更清晰的形式展示,方便后续项目的参考和专家库的建立。
DKM is an important basis for smooth data evaluation during vehicle development stage.Its precision is high,the process is complicated,and it has high design requirements.In this article,a parametric,modular and standardized modeling method based on CATIA is given.By extracting,categorizing and standardizing the elements that make up the part according to different functions and characteristics,the part can be quickly updated by replacing the key input elements when the input modeling data changes after the initial plan design is completed.This can effectively improve the design efficiency,and the design ideas of the parts can also be displayed in a clearer form,which is convenient for the reference of subsequent projects and the establishment of the expert library.
