地锚式悬索桥主缆锚固系统疲劳性能试验

摘要 主缆锚固连接器在承受主缆成桥索力的同时仍需承受疲劳荷载作用,为了掌握其在桥梁设计荷载作用下疲劳性能,结合电阻应变、光纤光栅测试技术及磁粉探伤技术,对原型主缆锚固连接器组件开展200万次疲劳荷载性能试验检测。试验检测结果表明:经过200万次循环荷载作用,连接器组件中连接器平板、索股锚头表面状况良好;连接器组件中MJ68拉杆静力、疲劳性能无明显变化;连接器组件完好未发生疲劳破坏,可以满足实际工程桥梁的使用要求。 Main cable anchorage system was subject to both dead load cable tension and fatigue loading of suspension bridge.In order to investigate the fatigue performance of connector assembly under the design load of the bridge,a fatigue test of 2 million cycles was carried out on the prototype connector assembly.Resistance strain testing technology,fiber Bragg grating test technology and magnetic particle inspection technology were applied in this test.The test results show that the surface of the test connector assembly is in good condition after two million cyclic loading.The static and fatigue performance of MJ68 steel tension rods in connector assembly has no obvious change.The connector assembly is in good condition without fatigue damage,which can meet the requirements of practical engineering bridge.
