摘要
当城市公交路网系统遇到突发事件时往往会给旅客出行以及公交公司的正常运营带来极大困难,在复杂的道路网中快速选择最优的公交替代线路是减少损失的重要方法之一。本文提出公交临时线路备选集的概念以及备选集的生成方法,建立基于备选集的突发状况下公交线路临时选择模型并设计模型求解算法,并以平顶山市客流出行调查数据为基础进行案例分析。结果表明,公交车临时线路备选集的引入可缩小解空间,并能快速获得最佳替代公交线路;高峰期公交车满载时应选择运行成本目标函数值最小的替代线路,平峰期公交车不满载时考虑选择符合公交公司载客率要求的替代线路。
The emergency happened to urban bus network systems always caused terrible troubles to passengers’ normal travel and bus company’s normal operations. Selecting a best alternative route in a complex bus operation network quickly is an important method to reduce the loss. Firstly, the concepts and generating method of temporary bus line candidate set was given, then created a temporary bus route selection model based on candidate set design and an algorithm was used for the solving the problem, and finally the passengers travel survey data in Pingdingshan city was used to exam the model. The results showed that the use of bus temporary operation lines candidate set can reduce the solution space and can obtain the best alternative bus lines quickly, there are actual maneuverability and practicality about this model. In the peak period, the bus with full load should choose the alternative route with the minimum value of the objective function, while in the flat peak period, the bus without full load should choose the alternative route considering about the requirement of the bus company’s load rate.
