鄞州区建设高品质国家双创示范基地打造双创“升级版”的思路对策研究

Research on the ideas and countermeasures of building high-quality national mass entrepreneurship and innovation demonstration base in Yinzhou District to create an upgrade version of innovation and entrepreneurship

本文以鄞州区国家双创示范基地为研究视角,从创新创业环境营造、双创人才引育、科技创新支撑能力、创新创业支撑平台、深化合作交流等五个方面系统梳理了该区推进全域创新的基础优势和存在问题,并从推进科创平台能级提升、加快构建全链化协同创新体系、深化重点领域优质人才引育、进一步强化专业服务能力等方面对该区建设高品质国家双创示范基地、打造双创"升级版"的思路对策进行了研究,以期为其他兄弟省市双创示范基地建设提供些许经验借鉴。

From the perspective of the national mass entrepreneurship and innovation demonstration base in Yinzhou District,this paper systematically combs the basic advantages and existing problems in promoting global innovation from five aspects:creation of innovation and entrepreneurship environment,introduction and cultivation of innovative talents,technological innovation support ability,the support platform of innovation and entrepreneurship,and the deepening of cooperation and exchange.Meanwhile,from the aspects of promoting the upgrading of science and technology innovation platform,accelerating the construction of the whole chain collaborative innovation system,and deepening the introduction and education of highquality talents in key fields,and further strengthening the professional service ability,the paper gives some thoughts and suggestions on the building of superior-quality national mass entrepreneurship and innovation demonstration base and an upgraded creation version of innovation and entrepreneurship,with an aim to share some experiences with other brother provinces and cities in the construction of mass entrepreneurship and innovation demonstration bases.
