协同创新是科技创新的重要方式,新型研发机构是科技创新的重要载体。本文首先阐述了科技协同创新的重要作用,并从国际、国内两个维度分析了船舶行业当前的发展形势。其次,说明了国内新型研发机构的类型。再次,结合双创工作实践,分析了船舶行业科技协同创新亟待解决的问题,在行业内的对策。最后,从具体业务层面探析了基于协同创新的船舶行业新型研发机构发展模式,以期对新型研发机构建设和行业内科技协同创新工作的改进提供有益的借鉴和启示。

Collaborative innovation is an important way of scientific and technological innovation,and new research and development institutions are an important carrier of scientific and technological innovation.This paper firstly expounds the important role of scientific and technological collaborative innovation,and analyzes the current development situation from two dimensions of international and domestic shipping industry.Secondly,this paper aims to summarize the formulation of new research and development institutions at the national level,based on the description of origin and connotation,and the types of new research and development institutions in China.Thirdly,combined with the work practice of innovation and entrepreneurship,this paper analyzes the problems that need to be solved urgently in scientific and technological collaborative innovation in the shipping industry and the countermeasures in the industry.Finally,the paper analyzes the new development mode of R&D institutions based on collaborative innovation in the shipping industry from five aspects such as system and mechanism business,so as to provide useful reference and enlightenment for the construction of new R&D institutions and the improvement of scientific and technological collaborative innovation in the industry.
