摘要
通过粉末冶金方法制备了Mo-70W-nZrB2合金(n=0.2、0.5、1、2wt.%),研究了Mo-70W-ZrB2致密化行为和ZrB2添加对合金力学性能和显微组织的影响。结果表明,ZrB2的添加有效促进了合金烧结致密化,Mo-70W-ZrB2合金烧结温度为1800℃时已经达到了较高的致密度,均为97%以上。ZrB2的添加有效的细化了基体晶粒产生了细晶强化作用,且有效强化晶界,成为位错的阻碍。合金强度提高经1800℃烧结后的合金,抗拉强度随ZrB2的含量增加呈现先上升后下降的趋势,且Mo-70W-0.5ZrB2合金抗拉强度达到最大值为409MPa。1980℃烧结Mo-70W-ZrB2合金抗拉强度随ZrB2含量的提高呈一直上升的趋势。
Mo-70w-nzr2 alloy(n=0.2,0.5,1,2wt.%)was prepared by powder metallurgy.The densification behavior of mo-70w-ZrB2 and the effect of ZrB2 addition on the mechanical properties and microstructure of the alloy were studied.The results show that the addition of ZrB2 can effectively promote the densification of mo-70w-ZrB2 alloy.When the sintering temperature is 1800℃,the densification of mo-70w-ZrB2 alloy has reached a high level,all of which are above 97%.The addition of ZrB2 can effectively refine the matrix grain and strengthen the grain boundary,which becomes the obstacle of dislocation.The tensile strength of mo-70w-0.5ZrB2 alloy increases first and then decreases with the increase of ZrB2 content after sintering at 1800℃,and the maximum tensile strength of mo-70w-0.5ZrB2 alloy is 409mpa.The tensile strength of mo-70w-ZrB2 alloy sintered at 1980℃increased with the increase of ZrB2 content.
