摘要
平动椭圆振动筛在煤炭资源、金属矿石、石油钻井物料分级中应用极为广泛,并显著的提高了矿山生产效率。但是平动椭圆振动筛在运行状态下存在交变载荷作用,对振动筛损害严重。本文以有限元模型为基础,分析了振动筛的动态应力状态,认为振动筛中长型电机安装版下部和侧板与后挡板的连接部位应力较集中,可通过增加安装版下部材料厚度和将后挡板上部弯曲改为圆弧形的方法解决应力集中问题,在实际应用中取得了良好的应用效果。
Flat elliptical vibration sieve is widely used in coal resources,metal ore and petroleum drilling material grading,and significantly improves mine productivity.However,the flat elliptical vibration sieve has the effect of altereforce load in the operating state,which has serious damage to the vibration sieve.Based on the finite element model,this paper analyzes the dynamic stress state of the vibration sieve,and thinks that the lower part of the medium-length motor installation version of the vibration sieve and the connection of the side plate and the rear bezel are concentrated,and the stress concentration problem can be solved by increasing the thickness of the lower material of the installation version and changing the bend of the rear bezel to the arc,and has achieved good application results in practical application.
