摘要
为解决某露天矿山破碎站、装车仓等不能满负荷生产的问题,提出了半连续开拓运输工艺,在对半移动破碎站结构选择分析的基础上,总结了半移动破碎站的结构和技术特征,得出半移动破碎站选择双齿辊式破碎机、重型刮板给料机、多边形下滑料仓和模块式布置方式为最佳,实现了年产700万吨的基本要求,在较为极端的气候条件下半移动破碎站的运行状态可靠,有效的降低了人工工作量和运输成本,提高了矿山企业的经济效益。
In order to solve the problem of an open-pit mine crushing station,loading warehouse and so on can not be fully loaded production,the semi-continuous development of transportation process,on the basis of the analysis of the structure selection of semi-mobile crushing station,summarized the structure and technical characteristics of the semi-mobile crushing station,the semi-mobile crushing station selected double-toothed roller crusher,heavy scraper feeder,polygon sliding silo and module arrangement for the best annual output of 7 million tons of basic requirements,the realization of the basic requirements of 7 million tons of annual output.In the more extreme climate conditions,the operation status of the moving crushing station is reliable,which effectively reduces the labor workload and transportation cost,and improves the economic benefits of the mining enterprises.
