熄风清脑汤治疗肾性高血压疗效观察及对缺血性脑卒中发生率的影响

Curative Effect of Xifeng Qingnao Tang for Renal Hypertension and Its Effect on Incidence of Ischemic Stroke

目的:观察熄风清脑汤治疗肾性高血压的临床疗效及对缺血性脑卒中发生率的影响。方法:回顾性分析109例肾性高血压患者,其中对照组59例采用传统西医治疗,观察组50例在传统西医治疗的基础上加用熄风清脑汤治疗;平均随访时间(10.7±2.4)个月,统计比较2组患者血压、肾功能、缺血性脑卒中发生率以及不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,2组患者收缩压、舒张压均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组收缩压、舒张压下降较对照组更显著(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组患者微量尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)及24 h尿蛋白定量均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组UAER及24 h尿蛋白定量下降较对照组更显著(P<0.05)。缺血性脑卒中发生率观察组为2.00%,对照组为11.86%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不良反应发生率观察组为8.00%,对照组为10.17%,2组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:熄风清脑汤可以有效预防肾性高血压患者发生缺血性脑卒中,降低血压,改善肾功能,且安全性较好。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of XifengQingnao tang for renal hypertension and its effect on the incidence of ischemic stroke.Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted in 109 cases of renal hypertension diagnosed,59 and 50 cases in each group respectively;the control group was treated with traditional western medicine,and the observation group wasadditionally given XifengQingnao tang based on the treatment of the control group.The average follow-up time was 10.7±2.4 months.The blood pressure,the kidney function,the incidence of ischemic stroke and adverse reactions were counted and compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the systolic blood pressureand diastolic blood pressurein the two groups were significantly decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the decrease of the two indexes in the observation group was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,UAER and 24-hour urine protein excretion in the two groups were significantly decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the decrease in the observation group was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of ischemic stroke was 2.00% in the observation group and11.86% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 8.00% in the observation group and 10.71% in the control group,there being no significance in the difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Xifeng Qingnao tang can effectively prevent the incidence of ischemic stroke in patients with renal hypertension,reduce blood pressure and improve the kidney function with better safety.
