穴位贴敷、缩泉胶囊联合补中益气汤加减治疗肺脾两虚型小儿遗尿临床研究

Clinical Study on Point Application,Suoquan Capsules Combined with Modified Buzhong Yiqi Tang for Childhood Enuresis of Lung-Spleen Deficiency Type

目的:观察穴位贴敷、缩泉胶囊联合补中益气汤加减治疗肺脾两虚型小儿遗尿的临床疗效。方法:选取106例肺脾两虚型遗尿患儿,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组53例。对照组予以缩泉胶囊及补中益气汤加减治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用穴位贴敷治疗,2组均治疗8周。比较2组临床疗效、中医证候积分、月遗尿次数、尿流率及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组治愈率及总有效率分别为75.47%、92.45%,对照组治愈率及总有效率分别为52.83%、84.91%,观察组治愈率高于对照组(P<0.05),2组总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组中医证候积分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),观察组中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组月遗尿次数均较治疗前减少(P<0.05),观察组尿流率较治疗前增大(P<0.05);观察组月遗尿次数少于对照组(P<0.05),尿流率大于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗期间,观察组和对照组不良反应发生率分别为5.67%和3.78%,组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:穴位贴敷、缩泉胶囊联合补中益气汤加减治疗肺脾两虚型小儿遗尿,可显著改善患儿的中医证候及尿道、膀胱功能,提高治愈率,治疗安全性高。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of point application,Suoquan Capsules combined with modified Buzhong Yiqi tang for childhood enuresis of lung-spleen deficiency type.Methods:A total of 106 cases of children with enuresis of lung-spleen deficiency type were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,53 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Suoquan Capsules and modified Buzhong Yiqi tang,and the observation group was additionally treated with point application based on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for eight weeks.The clinical effect,Chinese medicine syndrome scores,the times of enuresis per month,urinary flow rate and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The cure rate and the total effective rate were 75.47% and 92.45% in the observation group respectively,52.83% and 84.91% respectively in the control group;the cure rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the comparison of total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the Chinese medicine syndrome scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the times of enuresis per month in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the urinary flow rate in the observation group was increased when compared with that before treatment(P<0.05);the times of enuresis per month in the observation group were less than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the urinary flow rate was larger than that in the control group(P<0.05).During treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions was 5.67% and 3.78% in the observation group and the control group respectively,there being no significance in the difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of point application,Suoquan Capsules combined with modified Buzhong Yiqi tang in treating children with enuresis of lung-spleen deficiency type,can significantly improve Chinese medicine syndrome,urethral function and bladder function,and enhance the cure rate with high safety.
