推拿手法配合体外冲击波治疗足跟痛临床观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的:观察推拿手法配合体外冲击波治疗足跟痛患者的临床疗效。方法:将60例确诊为足跟痛的患者按照随机化原则分为2组各30例,对照组给予西医常规止痛治疗,治疗组采用推拿手法配合体外冲击波治疗,均治疗2周观察疗效,记录患者的疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、临床疗效评价情况。结果:2组临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗后,2组疼痛VAS评分较治疗前均降低,且治疗组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);2组足部功能状态评分均较治疗前升高,且治疗组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:推拿手法配合体外冲击波治疗足跟痛疗效良好,优于单纯使用西医常规止痛治疗。 Objective:To observe the clinical effect of tuina manipulation combined with extracorporeal shock wave for heel pain.Methods:A total of 60 cases of patients diagnosed as heel pain were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine analgesic treatment in western medicine,and the treatment group was given tuina manipulation combined with extracorporeal shock wave.Both groups were treated for two weeks.The curative effect was observed,and the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)scores and the evaluation of clinical effect in the two groups were recorded.Results:The comparison of clinical effect between the two groups showed significance in the difference(P<0.01).After treatment,the VAS scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment,and the score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.01).The scores of Foot Function Index in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment,and the score in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:The therapy of tuina manipulation combined with extracorporeal shock wave has good curative effect in treating heel pain,which is better than that of routine analgesic treatment in western medicine alone.
